Look at that - actually inspired by an SGA episode. Okay, not puzzle, but echo because Season 3, Episode 12 was called "Echoes". So you can take these prompts any way you'd like. Maybe John likes to do puzzles in his downtime, and one of the puzzles he does gives him a clue about Rodney or Elizabeth or Carson. Maybe two adjacent crossword clues are "kiss" and "her" (John/Elizabeth) or maybe the clues reveal "love" and "you" and "always"? As for echo or echoes, you have a couple different ways of tackling something. First, you could write how Ronon likes to track people by listening to the echo of their footfalls in the hallway. Or maybe Lorne is trapped on a planet, freaks out, and screams so loud that he's sure his voice is echoing off the walls of his prison.
But there's another way to take this, and that's after the Echoes episode itself! Maybe you write a little scene that's missing from Echoes - John and Rodney in the infirmary because of busted eardrums. Or maybe because of said busted eardrum, Rodney's muttering too loud and people can finally understand his usual under-breath mumblings.
However you'd like to approach it, you've got five weeks this time. And don't forget to leave or take a prompt in our ongoing promptfest!
