Can I post a ficlet that was partly inspired by one of the sga_sat prompts and grew into a monster from online chats?

It is already posted elsewhere, so I know it technically cannot be posted.

do you mean to say you posted is somewhere else, or that because it was in chats it was "online elsewhere"? if the latter, that's fine. if you've already posted it elsewhere, then I would say no, sorry.
