This week, we're hoping to inspire you with a bit of babel.
Not just a proper noun (though please feel free to write a story of Lanteans in that ancient city), but a word that describes what I imagine is a common scene on Atlantis and in Pegasus. And I believe derivations are allowed, so if anyone wants to write about babel fish.....
Babel
noun
1. an ancient city in the land of Shinar in which the building of a tower (Tower of Babel) intended to reach heaven was begun and the confusion of the language of the people took place. Gen. 11:4–9.
2. ( usually lowercase ) a confused mixture of sounds or voices.
3. ( usually lowercase ) a scene of noise and confusion.

Date: 2011-12-11 04:38 am (UTC)On the other hand, I immediately got a plot bunny but I have tons of house work, Christmas stuff and knitting that has to be done by Christmas.
Might have to save this for the next amnesty.
