admin: new banners from Crysothemis!

hey folks:

our little comm just got the best present ever from crysothemis: three fantastic banners we'll be using in rotation. oh, sure, she thought *cough* she would make us choose between them or something crazy like that, but they are all freakin' gorgeous and we could've been in Mensa, so we're using all three. we've put the first one up today.

Whoa, you're fast! I just refreshed the community page I was on and there it was, up already!

It's obviously not every character, or even all of my favorites, but I had to draw the line somewhere, so I went with every character whose actor got a title credit.

definitely couldn't have *everyone*, but I'm so, so happy you snuck Atlantis in there. :))) I don't know how worked that. and you left the exact right amount of space for the nav information, which I failed utterly at my first 3 tries (and you did it blind!)
