SGA Saturday

We've had a string of good luck as the last few weeks' prompts seem to have stuck the landing, as they say.

::waits for chuckles from the audience over the bad pun::

There were quite a few entries, and somehow I actually managed two fills myself! One of them is just complete and utter nonsense (hotpants Stackhouse made me do it!) so read that one at your own risk.

Summary:
John had known that Pegasus would be a little quieter once the Wraith had been defeated, but he hadn't figured on Rodney trying to kill him.

Or at least that's what it felt like sometimes. Having Rodney as his guide and his partner would surely kill him.

First off, major kudos to melagan  and goddess47  for the idea for this prompt! Sometimes coming up with a prompt is the hardest part of this job.

So for the next five weeks, the prompt(s) to fill for the community are "moon" and/or "landing", in honor of the 54th anniversary of the moon landing - July 20th, 1969. Maybe there's a moon orbiting the planet Atlantis is on, and John likes to take Rodney up there for romantic picnics. Or maybe there was an off-world incident (when WASN'T there one?) and Lorne has been shot, and Parrish had to land the puddlejumper right in the control room for medical to come take him to sickbay. Maybe an away team is scheduled for a meet-and-greet, and Teyla tells them that they are expected to 'moon' the off-worlders as a show of respect (bonus points if John tries to ogle Rodney's butt). Or maybe we watch lovesick Carson moon over Laura Cadman.

Whatever the case, if it's got to do with "moon(s)" or "landing(s)", you've got five weeks to write and share!
