SGA Saturday

I must say that after I posted it and then I read all the beautiful stories everyone else had come up with for this prompt and realised what I had written was entirely different I felt kind of ashamed to have written something so totally different, in mood and content.

All the other stories were just so beautiful and uplifting and really really inspired. I don't think any of the other prompts have inspired such an unfailingly lyrical crop of stories.

I also debated long and hard about what to put in the warning. I know personally I really hate to have a warning that completely spoils where the story is going, and I tried to make it quite grave without giving anything away, and I chose that quote for the summary because I hoped that might be a clue to the content, but you said you weren't prepared. And that can be a good thing, but it can also be bad, do you think I need to add something more to the warning?
