You have until this evening to post anything for this prompt.  A new set of prompts coming up soon!

These prompts are inspired by the current weather situation in the Northern Hemisphere - because falling leaves are a beautiful wonder that we're being treated with right now.  Fallen leaves make for wonderful imagery itself; maybe Evan Lorne and David Parrish are walking along a path amidst a series of fallen leaves, Lorne shaking his head fondly as Parrish talks about how Fall is his least favorite season because it reminds him of darker times.  Or maybe a new crop of leaves that an away team traipses through has one of those pollen-like effects.  You know the one!

Or you could go dark.  Imagine a heartbreaking fic where the last words are, "Atlantis has fallen."  Maybe a body is found, obscured by a bunch of leaves.  Or maybe someone rotates back to Earth, and the person that has feelings for them never got a chance to say anything before they leave.

Whatever the case may be, for the next four weeks, your challenge is to write something for either - or both - prompts!
