Lovely. How typical of John to go all moody and stomp off on his own and do something dangerous and thrilling at the same time. I loved Rodney and Ronon's banter as they track John. I like how you even make Caldwell sound amused on the radio! I like how John was already slowly making his way back to base when they found him- slightly shredded as you say. Road/dirt rash- ouch! I thought you dealt with Rodney and John trying to sort out who was or wasn't at fault at obeying Elizabeth's order very well. Elizabeth 'visiting' him- you can read it either as a dream or maybe she did visit. Either way it brought peace and now they can carry on, slightty saner now.
