Wow... a lot of emotion in this story....two segments really struck me...

"People who conducted their daily business as though tomorrow and the next day were their right—a guarantee that the universe owed them. A sense of entitlement like she'd never seen in anyone but the Wraith infused the people of Earth with an arrogance she could not endure for long."

Very insightful...and so true.


"Sheppard, I think, was one of the few people on the mission who really didn't know what he was stepping into, only what he was leaving behind."

Wow...that is a fantastic line about Sheppard.
