Huh. I've never noticed that moment in Irresistible. Then again, I haven't seen the ep since it aired. But I totally believe it. I've met Torri twice and she's so awesome and kickass, there's no way she would have been okay with that episode. I know she was really proud of being a role model to the women and girls who watched the show, so that must have been a very bitter pill to swallow. Do you know if there was a lot of strife or dissatisfaction behind the scenes? I was pissed about Torri being let go because I knew she was understandably pissed about it before of her contract. I recall being really annoyed that Joe lobbied pretty hard for Paul's job but seemingly not for Torri. I didn't know that Jason wanted his character to die in the last episode! Makes sense though. As you listed, there were sooo many bad decisions made in those last seasons. Or, the whole show really. SGA is my hard to defend fandom. LOL Well, defending the canon.

Ohhh, I'll go and read David's interview. I'm very interested in what he has to say about that.
